Designed2Delight's Falloween Cat & Pumpkins

This is "Falloween Cat & Pumpkins" by Designed2Delight. It is the first Friday of the Month, so it is a Freebie to anyone!
Stop by Designed2Delight & pick up your free digi & check out the other inspiration from D2D's Design Team.

I have been MIA for about a month or so. Sorry about that. :(  I have moved back "home" to Denver CO! It has been quite an adjustment from living in small towns in NE for the last 33 yrs! I has been nice to be able to spend more time with my Parents & brother & sisters. I do miss my Grandkids, Ryan & Katie though. I hope to get back & see them often.
Have a great Labor Day weekend!

Harvest Basket

Delightful Inspiration has offered their free digi stamp for November, click HERE & play along. It's lots of fun.

I colored this image with my SU! markers & then cut it out. In case you can't tell, I colored in an eggplant. For some reason, on my puter screen anyway, it looks blue. The eggplant & the ribbon are actually a deep purple. A nice contrast I thought. I double mounted the basket on Crumb Cake & then Old Olive cardstock, which I ran through my Big Shot with a Vintage Embossing Folder. I added some brads in the corners & a leaf from my old jewelry stash. I triple mounted the sentiment, "There is a calmness to a life lived in gratitude, a quiet joy." on Crumb Cake, Concord Crush & Old Olive cardstock. I punched the Old Olive along the bottom edge, with my scallop edge punch. I think it turned out nice, looks much nicer in person. Thanks for stopping!

apples

I made this card with a FREE digital image! I never thought I liked apples very much, but
now I've changed my mind. Don't you just love it?
I used K&Company paper, SU! markers- cherry cobbler, pear pizzazz, always artichoke & more mustard & a Vintage brad.
I used the "Elements of Style" stamp set from SU! LIFE IS A MATTER OF MOMENTS & then
added some green gingham ribbon. What fun!
Go & give it a try!
