It's Debbie's Birthday Party!

The Challenge @ "Designed2Delight's Saturday DT Challenge" is "It's My Party!"
Debbie F. is Hosting this week's Challenge. Her birthday is in a few days, so her challenge to us is to make something, a card or project, that has a Birthday Party Theme!
I used the "Garden Party" image from Faith @ Designed2Delight. If you follow her Progressive Challenge, you received this image a few months ago for FREE! It's a fun image that can be used for almost anything! Check out the Store HERE.
I made a Birthday gift. A Post-It Note Holder with Matching Pen.
Here's how I made it:
Score a 11 x 4-1/4" piece of cardstock @ 2-3/4, 5-1/2" & fold.
Score a 2 x 2 1/2" piece of cardstock @ 1/2, 1, 1-1/2 & 2" & fold to create the pen holder. Glue it all together & decorate.
For the pen, buy any see-through pen. Remove ink cartridge. Roll a piece of matching Designer paper & insert into pen. Replace ink cartridge & there you have it! How fun is that?
I hope you join us for our "It's My Party!" Challenge & please check out D2D for more inspiration from our creative DT !
Thanks for stopping!  b.

  4. Don't mind at all Chris! I wish I had written down the name of the person who designed this project, so I could pass their name on to you. It makes for a nice, quick gift!
